If you are not satisfied with your Higher-Music.com purchase, just contact me within 60 days and I will either exchange your product, work with you to find a solution to your problem, or issue a refund. My 60 day guarantee does not cover my products sold elsewhere.
Returning CDs
CDs must be returned before a refund is issued. Mail the CD to Higher-Music.com, PO BOX 12411, Seattle, WA 98111 and include a copy of your receipt. Let me know if you would like a replacement, refund or exchange for another recording. Please be sure to list the CD title you would like in exchange. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, downloads are neither returnable, exchangeable, nor refundable.

Comment Policy

Newsletter subscribers are given a better selection of free downloads at a higher resolution because each email includes secret links to music that I do not post on my free music page.
