I purchased Ascension with the newest “Ascension (Bonus: Phase 4 Video Edit)” and it is incredible! I appreciate how the binaural beats are blended into a beautiful, almost etherial-type music. I also like the Phase 1-3 tracks that come with the download. I listened to it after my yoga session during meditation and it put me into an out-of-body experience. I also like Illumination for Creative Focus while working, and Insight Meditation for relaxation and meditation. I listen to Hibernation Delta whenever I can’t sleep and it puts me to sleep instantly (read my review about my history of horrible insomnia that is finally cured). I am trying to decide which music to purchase to help with concentration as there are so many from which to choose. Thank you!!
