Deltadream

May 1, 2009 by Jay 11 Comments

Deltadream is an album that can help you quickly achieve deep, restorative sleep. Melodically, the drifting music of Deltadream was designed to help you relax and lose focus while the unique combination of binaural beat and isochronic entrainment frequencies help you quickly reach a Delta brainwave pattern. The music of Deltadream is based on the ancient Solfeggio frequency “Ut” (396 Hz), a tone associated with releasing emotional patterns like guilt and fear. Many people report having visually intense and emotionally engaging dreams after listening to Deltadream before going to sleep at night. (59 Minutes)

    Purchased from Amazon.

We have a 2 month old daughter that has her nights mixed up and we get little sleep which is frequently interrupted. The track has helped immensely to getting back to a nice deep relaxed and peaceful sleep. I really love falling asleep to this track. There are so many small treasures within the music that are subtle and eloquent. For example, the monk chanting which is soft, subtle, sparse, yet present enough to have a lasting impression is my favorite part which has only deepened with learning about the Solfeggio frequencies; their history and understanding why the monk chants are most likely present.

I have several binaural beat mp3′s, and this is definitely my favorite track for delta brainwaves and or going to sleep to.

Does this album contain Solfeggio 396 Hz?

Somewhere else “Dream time” is promoted as “Releasing guilt Solfeggio 396 Hz”.

Hi Ray! The album, with two tracks, is called “Deltadream”. There is a single track called “Releasing Guilt Solfeggio 396 Hz” – it’s a little inelegant, but so it goes! And just to confirm: yes, it is based on Solfeggio 396.

It is from the “Puer Natus Est Nobis” (Excerpted from the third mass of Christmas day)

Latin: “Puer natus est nobis, et filius datus est nobis, cujus imperium super humerum ejus et vocabitur nomen ejus, magni consilii Angelus.”

Translation: “A child is born to us, and a Son is given to us: Whose government is upon His shoulder: and His Name shall be called, the Angel of Great Counsel.”
