This morning I come across some kind words about me and Deltadream. His positive comments are awesome!
Among all the folks doing Hemi-Sync Metamusic, J.S. Epperson is my favorite composer. In early January, I bought a bunch of Metamusic CDs, the ones by Epperson quickly grew as my favorites, especially the albums Higher, Ascension and Remembrance.
I listened to the free track called Benediction available at Higher-Music. I really liked it, it has some kind of Gregorian chant in the background and the music is a bit reminiscent of Higher, another CD by Epperson. It is the stuff you can use for deep meditation or deep Chi breathing. Actually, I highly recommend to listen to this during a session of Chi breathing if this is part of your routine.
