This personal testimonial by Patricia Fitzgerald is from author Barbara Bullard upcoming book emphasizing the use of Hemi-Sync® Metamusic® to boost personal performance and self-esteem.

——-

Self-hatred was my way to look at everything, until I remembered something you said in one of Barbara Bullard’s lectures, ‘I will take you form an F to an A in 6 weeks or less!’

I thought ‘yeah right, she doesn’t know me. I am a girl with ADD, not to mention 40-years-old.’ Always in self-doubt, I thought ‘what the heck it can’t get worse.’ I was already getting an F. With more self doubt, I thought I would ask Barbara Bullard, but as usual her class was very busy and she was always bombarded with students after class. I am glad I asked her, though, she directed me to Einstein’s Dream.

I started listening to Einstein’s Dream, an album that combines the IQ boosting “Mozart Effect” with Hemi-Sync® frequencies to improve focus and concentration: I was instantly hooked. I asked again which one you thought would be good for me and you suggested Lightfall. I used this CD a lot. I ended earning a B on my next Lab exam. Whoa! Well now it is the end of the semester and I am ending it with a B in the class. I have gained self esteem, self love, happiness and a great new start on life!

I’ve been pretty stressed out about my taxes – which are now done, thank you – but I have really ramped up my nocturnal teeth grinding activities. I read the article Do You Grind Your Teeth? but the stress reduction solutions don’t work for me: I need the mouth guard. Check out the article, it includes information on how you can save hundreds of dollars using an over the counter solution you can get at a store.

Everything Is Illuminated

So I’ve been digging into my vaults and I’ve released a new and improved version of Illumination for Creative Focus. The thing is, now there are no less than three versions of this album so to clear up any confusion, or maybe just to add to it, I’ve clarified the differences between the many mixes of Illumination.

Go To Sleep!

Monroe Products is running a special where you get 20% off their albums for sleep, so here are some natural sleep remedies and a list of my favorite Hemi-Sync® Albums For Sleep. They also have a range of Hemi-Sync® sleep music albums for children, just so you know.

Become More Intelligenter!

So way back in 1996 when everybody was all excited about the IQ boosting power of the “Mozart Effect”, I released an album with Monroe Products called Einstein’s Dream which is a pretty darned good (and totally original!) arrangement of Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos in D, k.448. This album was combined with Hemi-Sync® audio signals for enhancing focus and improving concentration. It has more or less topped the best sellers list EVER SINCE.

We’ve recently remixed and remastered Einstein’s Dream and it sounds awesome. The difference in audio quality is significant. The new master is much more clear, has better stereo separation, has better dynamic range and better signal-to-noise ratio for a cleaner sound. It sounds much more like I had originally intended.

Einstein’s Dream is available now for download and on CD exclusively from Hemi-Sync.com
