Somehow Jay grasps the fragile, glass-like isolation feeling, necessary to the creative process and shows it for what it is -- a feeling right before our inner egg shell breaks to release the inner yolk for our next cake. J. S. Epperson cultivates a truer feeling of this moment and helps it feel more like a fluid wave breaking away the old rather than our shell breaking. Listening, I found my body had no excuse to except to relax in knowing it was ok to be 'different'.
