A few years ago, a well known reporter was writing an article on healing music for a prestigious newspaper. "How," he asked, "does music heal?"

It doesn't.

Music, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, isochronics, resonant frequencies, synchronous modulation... all these kooky things I do with audio are just shortcuts to help you quickly access states of mind that you can already experience on your own.
