"Wake" is a simple track, a series of repeating polymetric phrases that loop at 80 BPM and maintain a fresh sense of momentum. Contained within "Wake" are five bands of binaural beat frequencies that gently roll up to an alert state in the low-beta range, frequencies that are associated with normal waking consciousness and a heightened state of alertness, logic and critical reasoning.
